If we are awarded a contract we can help with drawings/plans, building control/regs, planning permission, thames water build over agreements, party wall agreements and interior design is requested:

With your involvement, we can give you as much guidance as you require and at an early stage, can illustrate how your new home could look. We also work collaboratively with external award winning architects and interior designers to ensure that your dream home becomes a reality.

We hired C&C Construction London Ltd managed by Billy Clarke to construct, in my parents house, a new rear kitchen extension, new d/s toilet conversion, new kitchen build, new front porch, new external Garden walls, gate and patio to the rear, inc all drainage, new mains water supply & plumbing, Electrics, Gas fitting, Tiling, Finishes and Decoration.We Found Billy and his team extremely hard working, Very polite, diligent and committed to a high quality finish, but at an affordable price. During the build they were able to accommodate my parents remaining living in the house and built up a great relationship with my Mum and Dad. They encountered problems along the way as the house is from the 1930s and they had some terrible previous building standards to contend with, but dealt with them all efficiently as they went along. Very high quality workmanship on external render, and the new kitchen build and the new patio area’s are a delight. Mum and Dad, (the clients) are delighted with the finished product and overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Billy and his team for any future works.
Very happy with the whole process of working with C&C Construction the advice Billy gave on our Glass Splashbacks with choosing the colour to match our kitchen/flat, the measuring and fitting of the splash back and the high quality end result. Billy and His Team’s work was first class and the price was very reasonable.
We also used C&C Construction to fit a kitchen and do our double glazing and again the prices were reasonable Compared with other quotes and the work was first class quality worth every penny.
We also had them fit a new structural steel rsj in back of our house and to remove a load bearing wall inc welding.
